Right of data portability (article 20 DSGVO)

You have the right to disclose data, which we automatically processed based on your consent or fulfillment of a contract, to yourself or third parties.

Right of complaint to the competend supervisory authority(Artikel 77 DSGVO)

In case you are a person affected by any violation of data protection you have the right to complain to the competent supervisory authority. The competent supervisory authority regarding data protection issues is the representative of the comissioners for data protection of the federal state, in which the company is registered.You will find a list of data protection comissioners and respective contact details here.

Right of withdrawal (article 7 paragraph 3 GDPR)

If the processing of your personal data is based on a consent agreement provided by you, you have the right to withdraw it at any time. For the withdrawal an informal e-mail is sufficient. Until the withdrawal the legality of the data processing remains unaffected.

Right of appeal (article 21 GDPR)

In some cases, you have the right of appeal against data processing, for example based on a legitimate interest in accordance with article 6 paragraph 1 letter f) GDPR. In order to be entitled of the right of appeal, you have to provide reasons for the appeal, which resulted from the special situation you are in.
