Installation

One of our service engineers installs the dosing device on-site, provides an introduction and answers all questions you might have.

Telephone support

In the event of technical problems, we always try to help by telephone as a first step in order to save you the costs of a service call on-site.

Service-on-site

In case we are not able to solve the issue by phone or if you prefer a service call on-site, a service engineer will come to you as soon as possible. Depending on the location, often the very next day.

Spare parts

If a part or component is defective, we will send you a spare part as soon as possible. In the very likely case that we have it in stock, we aim to send it within a day. Following this, you can easily return the defective part by post.

Maintenance

We offer maintenance for our scales and dosing devices at a flat rate.
