According to article 4 no.1 personal data includes all information in order to identify a person, for example name, contact details as well as online identification such as the IP address.

Collection and processing of personal data

As soon as you visit our website, personal data will be automatically collected, temporarily saved and deleted again. In the following an overview of this data is provided: Visited page on our domain , date and time of the server request, browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL, hostname of the accessing computer, IP address.
Personal data will only be processed by us from a technical point of view in order to show company and product information or to assure the stability and security of the website. Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f) GDPR provides legal ground for data processing. Our legitimate interest in data processing is only based on the above mentioned purposes. Your data will not be merged with other data sources or used to draw conclusions about you as a person.

Right to information (article 15 DSGVO)

You have the right to information about the personal data processing, for example the purpose.

Right of adjustment (article 16 GDPR)

You have the right of adjustment and if applicable, completion of your personal data.

Right of erasure (article 17 DSGVO)

You have the right of erasure if one of the legal reasons is applicable, for example the purpose of processing your data is no longer given.

Right to restriction of data processing (article 18 DSGVO)

You have the right to restriction of data processing if you argue for example the accuracy of your personal data. The right is applicable for the duration needed in order to verify the accuracy of your personal data.

Right of data portability (article 20 DSGVO)

You have the right to disclose data, which we automatically processed based on your consent or fulfillment of a contract, to yourself or third parties.

Right of complaint to the competent supervisory authority(Artikel 77 DSGVO)

In case you are a person affected by any violation of data protection you have the right to complain to the competent supervisory authority. The competent supervisory authority regarding data protection issues is the representative of the comissioners for data protection of the federal state, in which the company is registered. Right of withdrawal (article 7 paragraph 3 GDPR)

If the processing of your personal data is based on a consent agreement provided by you, you have the right to withdraw it at any time. For the withdrawal an informal e-mail is sufficient. Until the withdrawal the legality of the data processing remains unaffected.

Right of appeal (article 21 GDPR)

In some cases, you have the right of appeal against data processing, for example based on a legitimate interest in accordance with article 6 paragraph 1 letter f) GDPR. In order to be entitled of the right of appeal, you have to provide reasons for the appeal, which resulted from the special situation you are in.
