EasyCon
Our continuous control achieves highest dosing accuracy due to the optimal interaction between weighing and control technology, controls the refill processes and can be integrated into higher-level control systems as well as data acquisition systems via all common interfaces. Since we develop our control software 100% internally, we can react flexibly to customer requirements and find the right solution for every requirement.

High dosing accuracy
Highly accurate dosing results from the smallest amounts to several tons per hour.
Connection to higher-level systems
Flexible connection via all common interfaces such as Modbus TCP/IP, Profinet, Profibus to control systems and data acquisition systems. We also have ready-made interfaces available to all well-known extruder manufacturers such as Coperion, Leistritz, KraussMaffei and Icma.
Maximum flexibility
Flexible Anbindung aller gravimetrischen und volumetrischen Dosiergeräte. Je nach Kundenanforderung können bis zu 16 Dosierer in einer Linie angeschlossen werden.
High user-friendliness
Intuitive user experience including graphical process data display, recipe management, touchscreen or remote connection. Available in all languages (i.e. if the desired language is not yet available, it will be implemented free of charge).
Hardware: Standard industrial pc
Runs on a Beckhoff industrial PC with operating system Windows 10 IoT 64-bit and automation software TwinCat 3.
Discontinuous control
Batch
Our batch solutions are perfectly suited for granulates, powders, fibres and fluids, also for small quantities. We offer loss-in-weight as well as gain-in-weight batch systems.
